A Charitable Donation

As I make my way down the main drag of Whiteladies Road to class, I pass by the most charming store front. It's like a toy store for big kids. It, my friends, is a scooter shop! And everyday when I pass by the sparkling 2 - wheeled contraptions I have to resist the urge to go in, for doing so many lead to an impromptu and, as some would argue, regrettable purchase.

I fancy a purple one but sadly none of that color are in stock at the moment. But in the spirit of optimism I suppose this gives me time to rake together the nearly 2000 pounds such a bike would cost me.

So if you have enjoyed reading my blog thus far I would like to suggest that it would only be fair that you feel obliged to chip in to my scooter cause. I accept loose change, blood money and personal checks (made payable to Nicolette M. Jonkhoff). And if I haven't mentioned this already, rest assured, such a donation is going to a good cause. I have to walk 2 miles uphill both ways, but boy, if only I had a scooter...
